Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Process Engineer to join a high-performing manufacturing site focused on continuous improvement across safety, productivity, quality, and cost. The successful Process Engineer will play a key role in optimising manufacturing lines, supporting the site's vision, and embedding sustainable process improvements.

As a Process Engineer, you will identify process losses, implement long-term solutions, and support the training and development of employees to ensure best practice is embedded across the operation. You will use your leadership and engineering capability to enhance plant performance while supporting environmental compliance and operational excellence.

This role would suit a technically curious Process Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys taking ownership of improvement projects from concept through to delivery. The Process Engineer will work cross-functionally, engaging colleagues at all levels to drive change, analyse data to inform decisions, and contribute to strategic planning across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, and cost
  • Optimise manufacturing lines and reduce process losses
  • Deliver sustainable process improvements and TPM initiatives
  • Lead and support improvement projects across departments
  • Support training and engagement of shop-floor and engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree educated in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven working knowledge of TPM methodologies desired but not essential
  • Project management experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting
